Thanks to aunt Jenn for introducing Ashlee to scarves. She loves the one you gave her so much, and she wears a scarve almost every day now.

A picture taken by Rilee- they love to take pics of each other.Super late on all blogging- so trying to catch up! Ashlee turned 9 on Feb 7th, and had a spectacular birthday with family. A friend of mine, Emory, makes fabulous cakes and Ashlee aked him to make a green and purple music cake. She LOVED what he came up with. 9 things that make Ashlee extra special are:
- She loves to make us laugh
- She loves animals (especially fluffy)
- She loves to read anything non-fiction, mostly stuff about the earth and animals.
- She loves to climb trees
- She loves to swim
- She loves her new ice-skating class at the Olympic oval
- She is a great friend to Rilee and Kyller
- She gives great hugs
- She is so beautiful inside and out. We love her pretty green eyes!

Rilee's BYU fottball birthday cake also made by Emory. She really loved this cake!Rilee turned 11 on January 26th- I cannot believe it! I am shocked at how time continues to fly by. She is growing up inside and out so fast and we are so proud of her and teh decisions she makes. She is a great person and enjoys doing good for others. Here are 11 things that make Rilee great!
- She is learning to cook and loving it
- She loves animals (Harley especially)
- She loves to go to football games with her Daddy and proudly cheers for the Y (despite her mothers disagreement)
- Rilee is a great student and enjoys learning and school a lot! Her teachers always love her!
- Rilee loves to help younger kid and babysit
- She loves to learn the meaning of words she has not heard before and enjoys looking them up in the dictionary
- She loves taking pictures
- She loves her Grandparents and spending time with them
- She is a great friend to many kids at school and church
- She loves climbing trees
- She loves playing in the outdoors and mountains

thaks mom and i love you too and that flat stanley was homework not a 3rd grade assignment although i still have that one:] i had to send the one in the pic back to kentucky castle elem. i still remember and am waiting for a return letter from the kentuckian class that sent me that flat stanley i still have the box of sand grandma randa gave to me for mine i gave the kentucky students a chick-fil-a cow adn hope they like it. i sitl love flat stanley so you got that part right about that picture!!!:]
I am seriously jealous about the ice skating classes. I just asked Dan if I could take classes and he responded with "You are 27". He promptly got in trouble, I'm only 26. Wish we could have been there to celebrate brithdays!
Ashlee and Rilee. I can't believe they are grown up so fast. They are truly beautiful girls. I hope they have a great year.
